Body Image Scan Data

The app will request a single facial or body image as part of the AI Body Scan process. This image is used only to generate your personalized wellness and habit plan.

  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
  • Improve our app's performance, features, and user experience
  • Send important updates about our services (with your consent)
  • Generate a personalized wellness plan based on your submitted body scan

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We only share data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors) that are necessary to operate the app and deliver our services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

If you complete the Body Image Scan, your image is temporarily shared with the OpenAI API solely to analyze the image and generate your personalized plan. The image is not stored by OpenAI and is not used to train models. The image is deleted after processing and is not retained by us.

Body Image Scan Data

The Body Image Scan is a core feature of the app. You provide a single image of your face or body, which is used only to generate a customized wellness plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

The image is securely transmitted to the OpenAI API for analysis. It is not stored by OpenAI, not used to train AI models, and not retained after the plan is generated. Ascend does not store the image on our servers and does not use it for identity recognition or marketing.

The image is deleted immediately after use. We do not keep any copies.
